Agnes Kru Therapy

Agnes started teaching me yoga almost 10 years ago - her beautiful nature, inspiration and passionate teachings helped my practise evolve and though we are blessed with many yoga teachers on Mallorca she has remained my favourite.

I have worked closely with Agnes on retreats and workshops and it is always a pleasure to be her colleague too
Her uniqueness and balanced nature comes through in her teachings, she is spiritual yet grounded, and accommodates all levels of fitness and mind-sets in her classes. so special!!

Agnes ist eine wunderbare und absolut professionelle Yogalehrerin. Sie bereitet jede ihrer Klassen mit Hingabe und Detail für den Moment vor und gibt ihren Schülern stets eine individuelle Botschaft für die jeweilige Woche mit auf den Weg. Ihre leichten Korrekturen unterstützen die asanas. Am Ende ihrer Yogastunde fühle ich mich wie neugeboren und starte mit Ruhe und Kraft in den Tag. Sie ist ein Highlight meiner Woche :-) und ich bin sehr dankbar, das sie mich seit Jahren begleitet.

Der Yoga Workshop mit Agnes hat richtig Spaß gemacht. Eine Mischung aus Entspannung und Asanas, die sehr gut abgestimmt waren. Agnes ist sehr einfühlsam und geht super auf ihre Schüler ein.

Agnes has a natural, approachable, warm and welcoming personality. She is deeply passionate about yoga and her level of knowledge about both asana practices and yoga philosophy makes her classses so special. Agnes is a high experienced Yoga teacher. Her classes are for all levels, but she makes sure everyone is challenged in a nice way and can develop on their own rhythm. Honestly, the best yoga experience I’ve tried on the island!
