Barcelona Healing

Katarina has fantastic healing powers. She knew very well how to address my needs doing the proper massages and releasing stress with a combination of tools to healing.

I had a shadow work session that combined massage and guided energetic movement. The space felt calm and comfortable, which made it easy to relax and be open to the process.

What stood out to me was how the session helped me see unconscious patterns that were affecting my decisions without me realizing it. Gaining that clarity has been really valuable, and I left feeling lighter and more focused. I recommend it to anyone seeking insight and healing.

Während der gesamten Sitzung wurde ich achtsam begleitet – in einem sicheren Raum voller Respekt, Vertrauen und Präsenz.

Nach der Sitzung fühlte ich Leichtigkeit, Wärme und das Gefühl, als wäre ein grosser Ballast von mir abgefallen.
