I’ve had several hypnotherapy sessions with Mark at Maradels and the experience has been really positive for me. We started by working through some past traumas and attachment issues, then moved on to confidence building and self-love, and have also tackling my smoking habit.

Mark creates a really calm and comfortable environment, and I always felt completely at ease during the sessions. I was so relaxed that I actually fell asleep more than once, which really shows how safe and peaceful the sessions felt.

Since starting, I’ve noticed a big difference in myself. I haven’t smoked since, my confidence has improved, and I’m focusing much more on putting myself first and enjoying life.

I’m really grateful for the support and guidance Mark has given me and would definitely recommend him to anyone looking to make positive changes in their life.

What an experience. I was very much of the opinion that hypnotherapy would never work on me. How wrong I was. As a desperate measure I decided to give it a go. After more than three months of having to sleep
In the spare room due to a breathing disorder and minimal sleep, Mark managed to convince the subconscious part of my brain to think of other things. I went back to bed with my wife that evening and have been able to sleep there ever since. It truly was something I would not have believed possible before my visit, especially with only one visit. Thank you again Mark!!! I would highly recommend anyone with any mental issue or phobias to go and get it dealt with as it really can be life changing. It was for me!!!!

I have been working with Mark for a number of months after the sudden loss of my husband. He has been a huge part of my recovery from loss and helping me heal from such a seismic event.
